Method 1 — Bank Transfer & DuitNow

Place your order in the store and note your Order Number.
Transfer the exact order total to the account above. Use your Order Number as the transaction reference.
Send your payment slip or bank notification to speed up verification — via email or WhatsApp 011-52068571.
Please complete payment within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders with pending payment may be cancelled after this period.
Method 2 — DuitNow QR & eWallets
This is our preferred payment method — quick, paperless and instant. Scan the QR code below using your banking app or eWallet. Make sure "UBITAP" is shown as the recipient before confirming payment.
Scan to pay
Open your banking app or eWallet and select Scan QR / Pay.
Scan the QR code. Verify that "UBITAP" appears as the recipient name.
Key in the exact total amount for your order and confirm payment.
We receive an instant notification upon successful payment. Your order will be processed immediately.
The QR codes are also available on the sidebar of our store pages for easy access when shopping.
Method 3 — Card, FPX & eWallet via Payex
At checkout, select the Payex option and you will be securely redirected to the Payex payment page. Choose your preferred payment type from the tabs provided.

Method 4 — International Card via Stripe
International customers can pay securely by credit or debit card via Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. This option is available at checkout for orders shipping outside Malaysia.

At checkout, select Pay by Card (Stripe) as your payment method.
You will be securely redirected to the Stripe payment page to enter your card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — your card information is never shared with or stored by Ubitap.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details by email.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and courier handling fees in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping or product prices. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
