We ship across Malaysia and worldwide. Orders placed before 11am on business days are dispatched the same day — you'll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

Same-day dispatch cutoff

Orders placed online before 11am on Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the type, quantity and weight of the products in your order. The charges cover postage, packaging materials, order consolidation, verification and sorting.

If we are ever unable to dispatch within the stated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you in advance to make alternative arrangements. If your order hasn't arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please get in touch and we will help trace it.

Please note that once a parcel is handed to the courier, Ubitap has no control over and gives no guarantee in relation to the courier company's performance or delivery timelines.

Our primary courier is Pos Laju / Pos Malaysia. Depending on operational requirements, we may use other courier companies from time to time. All options are trackable.

You can collect your order from our address in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor at no extra charge. This option also works if you are sending your own courier — Grab Express, Lalamove, etc. — to collect on your behalf.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed as a shipping option at checkout, please contact us and we will find the most viable shipping method for your location.

Sent via national registered postal mail. A more economical option for lightweight shipments where delivery speed is flexible.

Customs, duties & taxes are the buyer's responsibility. International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays. Any taxes, import duties, handling fees or customs clearance charges levied by your country's government are not included in the shipping charge and must be paid by the recipient. These charges are outside our control.

Shipment Insurance

Insurance is not included by default

Shipment insurance is not included in our standard shipping charges. Without insurance, compensation for any loss or damage to a parcel is limited to the courier company's standard maximum liability, which may not cover the full value of your order.

If you would like to add shipment insurance to your order — particularly for high-value items — please contact us before placing your order for a quote.
