This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and the store policies referenced in Section 5, constitutes the entire agreement between Ubitap and you with respect to this website and its contents. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without reference to any conflict-of-laws principles.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy or difference arising between the parties out of, in relation to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, to the exclusion of any other courts, without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws provisions.
